Natalie Wood is the Founder and President of The Thought Net. Natalie has over 20 years of experience working in the technology, publishing, telecom and lead management industries. Her work history includes being the founder of two start-up companies, an interactive software development business/Apple Developer [Media Presents] and an online financial and business services portal for small business owners [MizBiz.com].
Prior to founding The Thought Net, Ms. Wood was with The Economist Intelligence Unit working with senior level executives at companies such as Cisco Systems and Hewlett Packard helping design and execute global Thought Leadership programs that included custom research, content marketing/social media and C-Level Conference Events (both corporate and government). Natalie has covered thought leadership topics such as Corporate Social Responsibility, the Carbon Economy, the Future of Education, Technology Innovation, Globalization, Collaboration and Personalization.
Ms. Wood's industry experience includes Telecom, Technology, Publishing, Market Research, Management Consulting, Marketing Automation Software, Call Centers and B2B Lead Generation.
Stephen Debruyn – Managing Partner, Marketing Services

Stephen Debruyn has more than 15 years of experience in the field of marketing, communications and public relations. Throughout his career Stephen established thought leadership positions and programs for organizations in the information services, software and technology fields. Prior to the The Thought Bank, Stephen was Vice President of Marketing at Cision, a PR services firm, where he successfully implemented marketing communications and media distribution strategies which blended together thought leadership initiatives with web-marketing tactics, public relations and social media channel outreach to effectively bolster the company’s reputation and revenue.
Prior to Cision, Stephen was Vice President for International Operations at Delahaye Medialink where he built the company’s global network of partners and affiliates, and advised Fortune 1000 companies in the consumer, electronics, telecoms, IT and automotive sectors on PR strategy.
Throughout his career, Stephen has delivered groundbreaking and commercially successful innovations not only in the marketing and communications arena, but also in operations, product development, and client services. An expert in social media monitoring solutions, he recently created Tools and Best Practices for Monitoring Social Media. He has significant experience in integrating social media outreach programs into marketing communications platforms, and linking these programs into lead management systems delivering measurable ROI.
Stephen has built a strong expertise consulting to organizations helping them re-position in this new era of social media marketing communications built around stakeholder engagement. He regularly contributes to industry trade publications and blogs, and has been an organizer and sponsor for industry conferences held by, among others, IABC, PRSA, and the Conference Board.
Stephen holds an MBA from the University System of New Hampshire and a BA in Linguistics from the University of Amsterdam in The Netherlands.
